| (7) | Food vendors must have proper facilities to pass Indiana State Board of Health regulations. | |
| (8) | All food vendors must have 220 volt electrical service main with approved grounding. Vendor must provide standard 50 amp 4 prong plug, there will be no direct wiring to main. 220 volt recepticals are provided. | |
| (9) | All 110 volt hookups will be 20 amp grounded fault. Your equipment ust work under these conditions, there will be no electrical alterations made. | |
| (10) | Food vendors must dispose of grease in provided grease pits | |
| (11) | Vendors are responsible for trash pickup in their area. | |
| (12) | Vendors are to dispose of trash in designated areas. (identified upon arrival) | |
| (13) | Vendors are required to be open all 10 (ten) days of the festival. | |
| (14) | No dumping of wastewater on the ground. | |
| (15) | All vendors are required to have valid liability insurance coverage. | |
| (16) | Set up times Saturday Oct. 7th thru Wednesday Oct. 11th ---9:00 am-7:00 pm. Thursday Oct. 12th ---9:00 am-6:00 pm. |
