Lease Terms

(1) Vendors are responsible for safeguarding their own property.
(2) No Refunds
(3) No subletting spaces
(4) Not responsible for loss or accident
(5) Management reserves the right to cancel this lease at anytime, if in the opinion of management the vendor is not an asset to the festival or non-cooperative with management.
(6) Hilltop Farm assumes no responsibilities for vendors complying with Indiana state tax laws or retail merchants requirements
(7) Food vendors must have proper facilities to pass Indiana State Board of Health regulations.
(8) All food vendors must have 220 volt electrical service main with approved grounding. Vendor must provide standard 50 amp 4 prong plug, there will be no direct wiring to main. 220 volt recepticals are provided.
(9) All 110 volt hookups will be 20 amp grounded fault. Your equipment ust work under these conditions, there will be no electrical alterations made.
(10) Food vendors must dispose of grease in provided grease pits
(11) Vendors are responsible for trash pickup in their area.
(12) Vendors are to dispose of trash in designated areas. (identified upon arrival)  
(13) Vendors are required to be open all 10 (ten) days of the festival.
(14) No dumping of wastewater on the ground.
(15) All vendors are required to have valid liability insurance coverage.
(16) Set up times
Saturday Oct. 7th thru Wednesday Oct. 11th ---9:00 am-7:00 pm.
Thursday Oct. 12th ---9:00 am-6:00 pm.
(17) All vendors must be checked in by Thursday @ 6:00 pm prior to the festival start or forfiet booth space!
(18) All merchandise and advertising must be maintained within your leased space. No exceptions
